Dejemos que la casa se ensucie: Ciclo de Cineastas Argentinas, programmed by Lucía Dellacha, took place in San Sebastián over four Fridays in October and November 2023. This cycle explored films from a feminist and transgenerational perspective, rethinking approaches to domestic space, intimacy, and daily life. It featured works by contemporary Argentine directors such as Melisa Liebenthal, María Alché, and Clarisa Navas, and engaged in dialogue with films by key figures like María Luisa Bemberg, Narcisa Hirsch, Lucrecia Martel, and Albertina Carri. The goal was to challenge dominant narratives of mainstream male cinema and to deepen the exhibition format in relation to the films showcased. Organized within the framework of Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola studies and in collaboration with Centro Joven Kontadores, the cycle received support from the International Center for Contemporary Culture Tabakalera and Bendita Tú Festival, laying the groundwork for future editions in Latin America and Europe.
